Barnaby Bear was very sleepy. "My tummy rumbles," he yawned. "But the berries are so far away."
Squeaky Squirrel zipped by. "Hello, Barnaby! Why are you so sad?" he chattered.
"I am hungry for sweet red berries," Barnaby mumbled. "But I'm too tired to get them."
Squeaky wiggled his nose. "I can help! Let's go together!" He grabbed Barnaby's paw.
Barnaby slowly walked with Squeaky. Soon, they found a big bush full of berries! Squeaky helped Barnaby pick many.
Barnaby munched his berries. "Thank you, Squeaky! You are a very kind friend." Squeaky smiled and ate a few berries too.
It is always nice to help your friends.
